First, let me start by stating that I have been a customer of Roberts Collision Center in the past, in the service is nothing short of impeccable. Now on to the reason for this five-star review, yesterday I experienced a catastrophic blowout as I was driving on US 19. The parking lot of Robert's collision center was the closest and safest location to change out the tire. Without asking for help, just by pulling into the parking lot, Kerry from the service department inquired if I needed a hand and also provided tools from the shop that expedited the process of changing the tire, as well as a cold bottle of much needed water. This is a prime example of the world class customer service new/returning customers experience at this business. I cannot recommend these guys enough!

I can’t rate this company highly enough. They go way above and beyond to ensure the highest quality and are always consistent both in communication and customer care. When you have to have auto body work done, it’s not always a good experience, especially if it is an insurance claim, but Roberts simplifies everything and provides truly outstanding work with a lifetime guarantee. Shout out to both Mike and Michelle, I’ve worked with them both and they’re excellent! Thank you so much for returning my car to near new condition!

The crew at Roberts did a great job with high quality work to replace and repaint my rocker panel. Sonic Blue is somewhat of a finicky color and they nailed it. Highly recommend them

Took my BMW 540i here for some repairs, and my experience dealing with everyone at Robert’s Collision was exceptional! Mike handled my claim, and he was very helpful, courteous, and professional throughout the entire process! The service was also very expedient and efficient! Mike was quick to get me a quote for the repairs my car needed, and he was also right on the money with how much it would cost! Overall, the repair was very reasonably priced. As for the quality of the service and the repairs, I was VERY pleased with the result! They got my BMW looking pristine again, and I was excited when I came to pick up. They did a phenomenal job cleaning up the damaged paint I had on my car! And they even did me a huge solid by cleaning up some rubbery residue I had near the top of my windshield, near where they were doing some paint repairs. So they really saved me some time and money by not having to get that rubbery residue washed off somewhere else! Also, I should mention that they were very quick to get my car back to me! At first they said the repairs could take anywhere from 2-3 weeks, but they had my car ready in just 1 week! I was very happy with such a quick turnaround time!

Roberts collision is an excellent establishment. I taken my car for repairs and received it back sooner than I thought. The car looks brand new and they even clean the inside. I want to thank them for a team effort in making my experience a very good one. I appreciate Meghan, Tom, Michelle and Victoria for going out of their way in making sure my car was taken care of. They did an excellent job and I highly recommend this place. Again thanks so much.
